If you own a unique space and would like to host a pop-up vendor event at your venue then submit the application below. Once the Inspire to Gather team has reviewed your application we will contact you to set up a venue walk through and discuss in depth what type of experience you are looking to create.
The Inspire to Gather team handles:
Vendors - We reach out to area artists, entertainers, crafters, small businesses, and food or drink vendors.
Coordination - We coordinate vendor arrival, set-up and take-down, as well as the look and feel of their booths or tables. We work with the vendors to make sure the event has a cohesive aesthetic and are selling products to fit the event theme.
Signage and Decorations - We provide the signs and decorations to pull consumers into these events, but are always more then happy to use the venues preferred signage if desired.
Marketing - We handle the social media and print marketing for all events, but strongly encourage venues to promote the event on their social media platforms as well.
Fees - We handle all vendor booth fees and event marketing fees.
